OVERVIEW
By using this mobile application "Valle" (http://Valle.live) you consent to this applications legal terms (TOS - Terms of Service and provisions. This "TOS" agreement sets forth the terms and conditions which apply to your use of the Valle.com app and all the services offered by Valle. If you do not accept these terms and conditions your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue accessing and using this application. You shall use this application for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through this app any information or material which violates or infringes, in any way, the rights of others, or which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. Nor shall you post or transmit through the app any information or material which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to liability or otherwise violate any law or administrative ruling or guidelines, or which, contain advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services. Any conduct by you that, in this app's opinion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying our app will not be permitted. We reserve the right, at any time, to change or modify the "TOS" applicable to your subscription. Such changes will become effective immediately. You agree to review this Agreement "TOS" periodically to be aware of any such revisions.
This app has the right to terminate any membership without notice. Any degrading comments that leads to unacceptable action or unnecessary work, may terminate your membership. We will not argue or tolerate abusive emails or messages. If you do not care how we run our app, you have the freedom to go elsewhere.
We assume no liability and take no responsibility for the actions of our members both women and men.
The purpose of our app is to provide a service for people to meet and socialize that may lead to further involvement of members whom are accountable for their own actions.
We are not an adult or porn app but a family orientated application. Members who use our app for sexual purposes will have their account deleted once reported.
This app shall not be held responsible, in any way whatsoever, for any psychological or physical interaction between the parties hereto or hereafter. Said responsibility is only between the parties themselves. Each person using any services herewith, are totally responsible for their own actions in connection with any of the services we offer. This app can NOT be held accountable for words that express personal experiences and opinions. Our goal is to provide a service for parties to meet and we cannot be held accountable if one party or parities decides they do not wish to correspond with another party.
This app can NOT be held accountable for members who lie or falsify information about themselves.
If you become a member and use our services to profit another business without our permission, you may be liable of criminal action.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this application in any manner. By using this app "Valle" or accepting these Terms of Use "TOS", you represent and warrant to Valle that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms of Use. You also represent and warrant to Valle that you will use this app in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
USER AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes your agreement with "Valle" with respect to your use of the service. You must agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to become or remain an authorized user of the Service.
CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following Code of Conduct:
1. You will keep all information provided to you through the Service as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you;
2. you will not use the Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures or recordings which contain libelous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements, or racist, pornographic, obscene, or offensive language;
3. you will not forward chain messages through the Service;
4. you will not use the Service to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person;
5. you will not post messages, pictures or recordings or use the Service in any way which
6. violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trade-mark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or
7. is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law; and
9. you will not use the Service to distribute, promote or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation for funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.
10. you will not use the service to distribute or upload anything that might cause harm to the service or to other members in any way.
11. you will not post or transmit in any manner any contact information including, but not limited to, email addresses, "instant messenger" nicknames, "social media" accounts, telephone numbers, postal addresses, URLs, or full names through your publicly posted information.
12. you will not cause the Service to be accessed through an automated or robotic means, including but not limited to the rapid access of the app as in a denial-of-service attack.
REMOVAL OF INFORMATION
While we do NOT and cannot review every message or other material posted or sent by users of the service, and are not responsible for any content of these messages or materials, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to delete, move, or edit messages or materials, including without limitation profiles, public postings and messages, that we, in our sole discretion, deem to violate the Code of Conduct set out above or any other applicable content guidelines, or to be otherwise unacceptable. You shall remain solely responsible for the content of profiles, public postings, messages and other materials you may share to the Service or users of the Service.
PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
The Service contains information which is proprietary to us, our partners, and our users. We assert full copyright protection in the service. Information posted by us, our partners or users of the service may be protected whether or not it is identified as proprietary to us or to them. You agree not to modify, copy or distribute any such information in any manner whatsoever without having first received the express written permission of the owner of such information.
SECURITY
Your account is private and should NOT be used by anyone other than you. You are responsible for all usage or activity on the service by users using your account and password, including but not limited to use of your password by any third-party.
You agree to immediately notify "Valle" of any disclosure or unauthorized use of your email or password or any other breach of security, and ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.
EXTERNAL LINKS
The Service may from time to time contain links to other internet app's and resources ("External Links"). You acknowledge that we are not responsible for, and have no liability as a result of the availability of external links or their contents. We suggest that you review the terms of use and privacy statements of such external Links prior to using them.
MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you believe that any material or content distributed by Valle constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our service; your address, telephone number and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This application in good faith believes the information on this app to be correct and up to date. While we have made every attempt to ensure that the information contained in this app has been obtained from reliable sources, our app is not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of this information. Information may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All information in this app is provided "as is." This app does not make any representations, guarantees or warranties express or implied as to the completeness, timeliness or accuracy of the information, materials and related communications contained herein. You are responsible for evaluating the quality, accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all information and opinions provided on this app. Information is supplied upon the condition that the persons receiving same will make their own determination as to its suitability for their purposes prior to use. You assume the entire risk of relying on this information. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, agents, employees and any third parties mentioned or involved on this app assumes no liability whatsoever in connection with your use of this information, services and materials, including but not limited to, translation accuracy, failure of performance, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, freedom from computer/phone virus, and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. This app cannot guarantee any specific results.
MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTION | TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO SERVICE.
You may register on our service at no cost. As a member, you may use some, but not all, of the features and services available within the Service. To access or use additional features and services, including the ability to communicate with other members that are subscribers, you must become a paying subscriber to the service. The subscription policies that are disclosed to you when you subscribe to the service are a part of this agreement. Absent special offers, you acknowledge and agree that if you are not a subscriber, you will not be able to use all the features and services available within the service, including communicating with other members, and non-subscribing members will not be able to use the service to communicate with you. A member profile (both subscribers and non-subscribers) may remain posted on the application even if that member is not actively using the Service. You acknowledge that although a members profile may be viewed, you may not be able to use the service to communicate with that member if he or she is not then actively using the Service.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or are a Member.
You may cancel your membership at any time, for any reason in the settings page. You may also cancel your membership by email notice of cancellation to support@Valle.com using the subject line "Cancel membership subscription". If you cancel your membership, we may ask you to provide a reason for your cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, "Valle" requires a reasonable amount of time to process the action. If you cancel a subscription, you will enjoy subscription benefits until the end of your then-current subscription commitment, following which your subscription benefits will expire. However, in no event will you be eligible for a refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the then-current subscription commitment.
Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel your membership. If you are a subscriber and you cancel your subscription but not your membership, you will continue to be a member in the service and others may view your profile. If you deactivate your account, your profile will be removed, and other members will not be able to view your profile.
Valle may terminate or suspend your subscription and/or membership in the service at any time without notice if "Valle" believes that you have breached this TOS. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of unused subscription fees and, if applicable, all unpaid subscription amounts and other fees you owe will immediately be due. "Valle" is not required to disclose the reason for the termination or suspension of your account.
APPLICATION DATA COLLECTION
If You use any mobile device to download our, we may collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system and version information, and IP address.
We collect Your geolocational information only upon Your consent. By sharing Your geolocational information with us, You agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Use (http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/help/terms_maps.html). We are using the Maps API(s) in our mobile applications, and incorporated by reference to this Policy is the Google privacy policy (currently http://www.google.com/privacy.html), as amended by Google from time to time.
This app uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the app. The information generated about your use of the app (including your IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate users and use of the app to compile statistical reports on app activity for Valle.
We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytic tool to track or collect any Personal Identifiable Information of visitors to our app. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither we nor Google will link or seek to link an IP address with identity of a user. We will not associate any data gathered from this app with any personally identifiable information from any source, unless you submit that information via a fill in form on our app.
SAFER DATING PRACTICES
Do not fall for a pretty face or a handsome guy without first getting to know the person. Taking time to get to know each other is something both the female and male should do before making any personal decisions. If you question the identity of a member on the gallery, recommend asking for a photo with their name written on a piece of paper. If this seems inappropriate, tell the member you will do the same.
